How Will We Accomplish This?

• Utilize Panorama results to develop student programming, supports, and professional development with fidelity

• Develop and implement a system of recognition for staff and students modeling core values

• Develop and track a list of possible PBIS supports through tiered systems

• Develop a professional development plan with respect to inclusive practices in teaching for high school and Adult Workforce Development staff at all locations

• Create student-involved DEI programs including through CTSO activities

• Host regular student training and growth events
